Rooms can be chilly due to a lack of heating. The thin walls make noise from the pub downstairs an issue, with disturbances lasting until the early hours. Some rooms may appear dated, with broken or basic furniture, and amenities like shower mats could improve overall comfort.

Had a such great stay for an one night stop over and good value, the hotel serves the purpose well. The food was appetising, with lots of options. Loved our place and will come back.

Comforts of double room with a massive very comfortable bed were fabulous. Central heating, an ironing set and tea/coffee making equipment were available in the room.

I stayed for 1 night and loved the clean, cozy room with a strong shower. The amazing tea and coffee selection made my stay extra special, though the bed could use some comfort improvements.

The TV was a bit awkwardly placed near the cupboard, but it was nice to have. It wasn't anything fancy but served its purpose for a budget stay. The staff were super friendly, and the location was great for checking out local attractions.

I've been to this place before, and every time is just as fantastic. The bar is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. If I find myself in the area again, I'll definitely make a return visit.
